Ganga’s story began in Dehradun, where she was found in a distressed state, malnourished and injured, wandering alone on the streets. With her health rapidly declining, Ganga was on the brink of succumbing to her injuries and starvation. Thankfully, a compassionate individual alerted the team at Krishna Dham Gaushala, igniting a rescue mission to save her.

With swift action, the Gaushala team sprang into action, mobilizing a rescue team to Ganga’s location. Despite her weakened state, Ganga showed remarkable resilience as she was gently lifted and transported to safety.

At the Gaushala, Ganga received comprehensive care from dedicated staff and veterinarians. She was provided with nutritious food, medical treatment for her injuries, and a safe shelter to rest and recover. Over time, Ganga’s health improved, her wounds healed, and her spirit was revived.

Today, Ganga thrives at Krishna Dham Gaushala, embodying the resilience and beauty of the sacred mother cow. Her journey from suffering to sanctuary serves as a powerful reminder of the transformative impact of compassion and care.
