Saturday Monkey Feeding Seva – Vrindavan & Mathura (Krishna Dham Gaushala)

Every Saturday is a beautiful opportunity to practice compassion through direct seva. In the holy land of Vrindavan and Mathura, many monkeys struggle daily for food and clean water. Some are injured, some are weak, and many survive on scraps—especially when offerings are not available. Krishna Dham Gaushala is running a dedicated Saturday Monkey Feeding Seva to ensure these voiceless beings receive nourishment with safety, discipline, and care.

When crowds reduce and prasadam becomes limited, hunger becomes severe. Our volunteers distribute fruits, grains and clean water to monkeys across key areas in Vrindavan–Mathura, helping reduce suffering and supporting healthier survival. Feeding a hungry being is one of the most direct and dharmic acts of charity—simple, pure, and life-touching. Your donation helps us keep this weekly seva consistent and expand it to serve more animals.

What your Saturday donation supports:

  • Fruits distribution – bananas and seasonal fruits for nourishment
  • Grains & feed – safe grains to support daily energy needs
  • Clean water – hydration support, especially during dry or hot periods
  • Support for injured monkeys – basic help in urgent cases wherever possible
