Donate for Cows on Diwali

Diwali is a festival of lights, happiness, and new beginnings. Every home shines with beautiful diyas, families come together, and people pray to Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha for peace and prosperity. But while we celebrate with our loved ones, thousands of abandoned cows are still struggling to find food, water, and a safe place to rest.

This year, let your celebration bring happiness to these innocent animals. Donate for Cows on Diwali and become a reason for their survival. Your small act of kindness can provide food, medicine, and shelter to sick and injured Gau Mata.

1. This Diwali, Be a Lifeline for Injured and Abandoned Cows

Imagine a cow lying injured on the roadside while people pass by without noticing her pain. Some cows are abandoned when they grow old, while others suffer from road accidents, hunger, and serious illnesses. Many search for food in garbage dumps and end up eating harmful plastic. Without proper care, their condition becomes worse. At Shri Krishna Dham Gaushala in Dehradun, we are working to change this painful reality. We rescue abandoned, sick, and injured cows and give them a safe home where they receive food, treatment, and love.

This Diwali, your support can help us continue this noble work.

2. 10 Years of Gau Seva at Krishna Dham Gaushala

Our journey of Gau Seva began in 2016 with just nine cows. What started as a small effort has grown into a shelter caring for more than 1,200 rescued cows and calves. Over the years, we have rescued cows injured in road accidents, newborn calves left alone, and older cows struggling to survive. Our team works day and night because emergencies can happen anytime. Some cows need urgent surgery, while others require regular medicines, nutritious food, and special attention.

Every rescued cow has a painful story, but with proper care, she also gets another chance at life.

3. Why Donate for Cows on Diwali?

Diwali reminds us that light can overcome darkness. In the same way, your kindness can bring hope into the lives of suffering animals. In Hindu tradition, Gau Mata holds a special place and is respected as a symbol of love, care, and motherhood.

Many devotees believe that performing Gau Seva during Diwali brings spiritual blessings, peace, and good fortune. When you Donate for Cows on Diwali, you turn your prayers into meaningful action. Your contribution helps innocent animals live without hunger, fear, and pain.
