Donation Refund Policy

We value every donation, as it helps us care for cows and support their welfare. However, refunds for donations will only be processed under exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate transaction or incorrect payment amount.

Conditions for Refunds

Refund requests for monetary donations must meet the following conditions:

• The request includes valid details such as transaction ID, donor name, and reason for the refund.

Change or Cancellation of Donations
